Orders are processed daily. Shipping is done Monday-Saturday. Orders placed for in-stock items on Saturday may ship at 7 days, otherwise will be shipped from 7 to 35 days. Our shipping department is closed on Sundays.
We offer 4 shipping options to choose from, depending upon your location.
International Air Mail (All other regions of the world).
USPS Priority airmail , EMS or TNT may be used depending upon the item(s) purchased.
We do ship international orders via UPS, Fedex or DHL. 3rd party shipment accounts are not accepted.
International Boat Shipment (option applies to larger/oversized items which exceed conventional air freight shipment size/weight limitations).
All posted rates upon website checkout are estimated flat rate fees based upon your order size/ shipment location.
Larger sized items are shipped via DHL or UPS ground. Your tracking/confirmation number will be e-mailed to your address on file upon shipment. Most International shipment prices are based upon EMS air mail service (7-14 day estimated delivery time)
Oversized items may be shipped via boat for the posted "international" shipment cost. EMS express service is available for an additional cost, please contact our customer service department prior to placing your order for an estimated EMS shipment cost to your location.
However, orders will be shipped from South Korea (ie; customers wishing to bypass duty/VAT etc). We encourage our customers to contact us before the purchase of multiple item orders to obtain an exact shipment estimate, otherwise you may use our automated checkout system with flat rate fees based upon your order size/location.
In the event that a package is lost en-route, it may take up to six weeks to locate.
Please check with your local postal office for your countries VAT/import tax fees. Taxes and custom duties are the customers responsibility. Local pick-up is not available. Our distribution center is closed to the public. Local customers may contact us by e-mail or phone prior to order placement to receive a possible discounted shipment fee. We will not be held responsible for the proper delivery of any orders shipped to addresses other than the Billing address on file. We will not be held responsible for the proper delivery of orders being shipped to business addresses (other than our verified wholesale dealer accounts) with special instructions (ATTN: John Doe, 5th floor etc). We will gladly ship to 3rd party freight forwarding companies (Four Star Cargo etc) however cannot be held responsible for proper delivery of goods by the 3rd party forwarded. We will not be held responsible for any additional charges accessed to you by your 3rd party freight forwarded for any reason (multiple shipments, taxes, fees etc). We encourage our customers to contact us prior to purchase to check the status of any item. Please remember that all posted shipment times are based on the estimates provided by the shipment courier. Uncontrollable situations may arise which can delay the estimated shipment time which includes Customs delays. Also, during holidays such as Christmas and New Years please expect substantial delays due to higher volumes of parcel circulation. We recommend holiday orders be placed 3-4 weeks in advance to insure on time delivery.
While the vast majority of our orders are filled within 24 - 72 hours, inventory levels do fluctuate daily and orders are subject to on-hand stock availability. You will be notified via email or phone about any backorder situation concerning your order that we anticipate will last longer than 5 business days. You may also logon to your account to check the status of your order/read order notes concerning any possible backordered items. We may every effort to provide an ETA on all backordered items. Backordered items will be shipped separately upon availability at no additional shipment charge to you.

All electrical items carry no warranty either by the manufacturer in Korea or Korean Auto Imports (which includes all lighting items) unless otherwise specified. All electrical/lighting item sales are final. If we feel the item(s) you received are truly faulty and the issue was not caused before, during or after installation special discounted pricing may be extended for the replacement item. Most electrical items do not include fitment instructions. Please check www.Sorentosite.com for many useful DIY PDF installation guides. We recommend all electrical/lighting items be installed professionally, with our without provided fitment instructions.
The majority of our imported electrical/lighting items do not include installation instructions. OEM items never include installation instructions. Correct fitment to your particular vehicle is not guaranteed as each vehicle can vary depending upon the region. Additional components may be needed to perform a proper installation on your particular vehicle, depending upon the region. Custom fitment may be required for certain items in certain regions (including North America). J&J Auto Trading is not responsible to supply any further components beyond what is normally required for a complete and proper installation. Please consult a professional auto electrician to obtain any additional components which may be needed. Please research available auto electrician's in your area prior to purchase.
J&J Auto Trading will not be held liable to receive electrical/lighting items for credit/exchange or refund due to the lack of experienced auto electrician's in your area. J&J Auto Trading will not be held liable for any adverse effects to your vehicle's electrical system upon completion or attempts of installing an OEM or aftermarket electrical/lighting item. Electrical/lighting items are not guaranteed to be DOT approved.

CHROME/STAINLESS STEEL ITEMS:
J&J Auto Trading does not express or imply any warranty against chrome plated or stainless steel items due to any weather related issues (ie; corrosion, rusting, bubbling, discoloration etc). These issues tend to arise in colder/snowy climates for various reasons. Please properly care for and protect your chrome accessories from the elements for lasting quality.
Random sales events are run throughout the year offering discounted pricing on many of our products. Sales are generally run during holidays, however may be offered suddenly at any time based upon overstock or bulk purchase blowouts. Please note that sale priced items which are normally offered in multiple colors may only be available in certain colors or unpainted for the listed sale price. Always contact us prior to purchasing a sale priced paintable item to confirm if your needed color is available. Any applied paint charges for colors not in stock will be refunded immediately and we will proceed to ship the sale priced item in the available color(s). Sale priced items are non-returnable, unless an error was made on our part. Store credit may be eligible on items purchased at regular store price within 7 days of the sale launch date. Items purchased beyond 7 days prior to the sale launch date are not eligible for store credit or refund.

All sale priced items are in stock ready to ship in limited quantities only. Any orders received for a sale priced item after the item has sold out will be refunded immediately. We do not honor sale pricing in the event the item has sold out before being removed from our sale. Sale pricing is only valid for in-stock readily available stock.
Warehouse clearance items are generally overstocks, blemished, incomplete or damaged product. While we make effort to disclose/depict the condition we do not guarantee to disclose the condition. Warehouse clearance items should always be considered flawed in some way unless otherwise specified. Warehouse clearance item sales are final, no returns/exchanges/refunds, no exceptions. We are glad to answer any questions or concerns about any clearance item(s) prior to purchase. Discount coupon codes are no valid against the purchase of sale priced or clearance items. If a discount code is applied to the purchase of sale priced or clearance item(s) we will issue an invoice to you for the reimbursement of the discounted savings prior to order processing. It is the customers responsibility to inspect cargo in the presence of the driver to check for any damage caused during shipment prior to acceptance/signing. Freight shipments cannot be refused due to any other reason(s) other than damage during shipment. If the goods are found to be damaged during shipment the customer must have the driver notate on the bill of lading the product arrived damaged and the delivery refused. If the cargo is signed for/accepted by the customer prior to inspection this releases the freight company from any and all liability as it declares to both the freight company and seller the goods arrived in acceptable/satisfactory condition with no damage.
