WHAT IS THE AVTO-KOREA PARTS RETURN POLICY?

AVTO-KOREA RETURN POLICY THIS RETURN POLICY GOVERNS AVTO-KOREA PARTS ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNS. WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE RETURN OR EXCHANGE ANY ITEM WITH ORIGINAL PURCHASE NUMBER WITHIN 5 DAYS AS NEW REQUIRES THAT ITEM MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING, UNOPENED AND UNINSTALLED, INCLUDING ALL ORIGINAL MATERIALS SUPPLIED WITH THE ITEM. RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE CRITERIA WILL BE DENIED.

Credit will be issued to the same card used for purchase; card must be present at time of return.

Shipping charges and all handlings must be payed by customer.

From purchase provided your items are in an unused condition and in original packaging with all accessories intact. We don't accept returns on electrical parts unless they are faulty. This is because we can't guarantee they have not been plug tested and damaged.

Any items being returned need to be in a saleable condition, so please don't mark or tear the packaging or tape a shipping label directly to the parts box, as this will void the return.

INCORRECT PART RECEIVED

If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, please take a photo and contact us using the returns form below within 3 days of delivery.

If you  got the part wrong for some reason, We'll send you a returns label so you can get the part back to us at no cost, and we'll send you the correct one, or we'll offer you a refund.

CHANGE OF MIND/INCORRECTLY ORDERED ITEM/PART DOESN'T FIT

If you've had a change of heart, ordered the wrong part, or the part you've ordered doesn't fit, we'll need to receive it back unused, in the original packaging, and within 15 days of purchase.

We do not cover the return cost of change of mind or incorrectly ordered parts. If the part has damaged packaging or has been used, we will not provide a refund. You may be offered a store credit only for the part price when it back to our stock.

Please note, change of mind returns will incur a restocking fee to cover the original postage and restocking administration. Please choose carefully, or check with us for fitment.

Conditions

Some merchandise, including opened gaskets and ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC GOODS are non-refundable. Third party or other outsourced merchandise, including certain Special Order, Commercial Tools and equipment are all subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Clearance and "AS IS" merchandise are non-refundable.

Credit WILL NOT be applied until the part is received. Fluids must always be drained.

Avto-Korea Parts reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason. Avto-korea Parts reserves the right to require a valid photo ID that will be recorded at the time of return.

The list below provides a high-level list of merchandise that is classified as non-returnable per our Return Policy. Some parts may be denied return because they share the same categorization as their electrical counterparts (i.e. fuel pumps). In these cases, the Team Member may override the denial and process the return. This list represents most but not necessarily all the non-returnable parts.

  Obtaining an Online Receipt

You can find a copy of your receipt in your Order Confirmation email as well as in the "Your Order Status" section of Your Account. Returning Online Purchases to an Avto-korea Parts Store

Online purchases can be returned to any Avto-korea Parts store within 3 days from the date of recieve. Bring original packaging and your receipt, Order Confirmation email, or Merchandise Return Form. All refunds will be credited back to you via the same payment method used for your original order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in case of returns due to our error.

PACK UP YOUR ITEM CAREFULLY.
So it reaches us safely, you should reuse the box your order arrived in or similar. Please don't stick any postal labels directly onto the manufacturer's packaging, as this voids the return.
