📦 H1: Delivery Policy

At Avto-Korea, we are committed to delivering your auto parts safely and efficiently from South Korea to destinations worldwide. Please review the delivery policy below before placing your order.


🚚 H2: Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

  • EMS (Express Mail Service) — reliable express delivery for most countries

  • EMS Premium — faster, tracked service for urgent deliveries

  • DHL Express — international courier for rapid, door-to-door delivery

  • Korea Post (Standard Airmail or Surface) — economical option for lighter or non-urgent shipments

📦 All deliveries include tracking numbers. Transit times vary by destination and service level.


🧾 H2: Shipping Process & Timing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday.

  • Estimated dispatch time: 2–5 business days for in-stock items.

  • Special/export items may take up to 90 business days.

  • We will notify you of any delays or issues with fulfillment.

If you do not contact us prior to placing the order, and certain parts are unavailable, the shipping cost will not be adjusted. Only the available items will be shipped.


🌐 H2: Customs & Import Responsibilities

  • All customs clearance, duties, taxes, and VAT in the recipient’s country are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We strongly advise customers to check local import rules before ordering.

  • At checkout, please specify whether the shipping value should be declared or marked as a gift.

  • If your country requires it, include your import tax number (e.g., Tax ID, IOSS, or EORI) during checkout.

📝 Avto-Korea does not cover any delays or charges related to customs clearance.


📄 H3: Shipping Documents

We can provide official shipping documents upon request:

  • Commercial Invoice

  • Packing List

  • Certificate of Origin (Form A)

  • Embassy Endorsement (additional cost)

  • CIQ / SGS inspection certificates (if needed)

Please notify us at the time of ordering if any of these documents are required for import into your country.


⚠️ H3: Important Notes

  • Orders placed without stock confirmation may result in partial shipments.

  • Unavailable parts will not affect the total shipping fee.

  • To avoid unnecessary cost or customs issues, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp or contact form before completing checkout.
