At Avto-korea.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return a product, please carefully review the policy below.

✅ GENERAL RETURN POLICY

You may return or exchange any item within 5 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • You provide the original order number (proof of purchase)

  • The item is unused, unopened, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

  • All original accessories, manuals, and components are included

Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method only

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility

  • Items must be carefully packed; do not attach shipping labels directly to product packaging

⚠️ Electrical/electronic parts are not returnable unless proven defective.

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Electrical/electronic parts (unless faulty)

  • Opened gaskets or seals

  • Fluids or lubricants (even partially used)

  • Items marked "Clearance" or "AS IS"

  • Installed, used, or damaged parts

  • Items with missing or damaged packaging

Special order, outsourced, or commercial tools may incur a 15% restocking fee.

📦 RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

If we sent you the wrong part:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Complete the Return Form on our website

  • Attach a clear photo of the received item

  • We will send a return label at no cost

  • You may choose a replacement or receive a full refund

↺ CHANGED YOUR MIND / ORDERED INCORRECTLY / PART DOESN'T FIT?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • The return shipping cost is covered by the customer

  • Items that are used or have damaged packaging will not be refunded

⚠️ Returns due to customer error or change of mind may be subject to a restocking fee. In some cases, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.

Online purchases can be returned to a physical Avto-korea Parts store within 3 days of receiving your order:

  • Bring the original packaging and proof of purchase (email or printed)

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to a company error

  1. Submit the Return Request Form via our website

  2. Our team will respond with detailed shipping instructions

  3. Repack your item using the original box or sturdy equivalent

  4. Do not place labels or tape directly on the product box
