AVTO KOREA offers secure and transparent payment options for international retail, workshop, reseller, and wholesale orders. Available payment methods may vary according to the order value, currency, destination, product type, and customer location.
Important: Orders enter sourcing or preparation only after the required payment has been received and verified. Products requiring manual availability, freight, or export confirmation may require separate payment instructions before payment is submitted.
Available Payment Methods
Credit and Debit Cards
Eligible card payments are processed through Stripe.
Available card types and authentication requirements may depend on the customer's country, card issuer, currency, and Stripe account eligibility.
Wise
Payment through Wise may be available for approved international orders.
The customer must use the payment reference and recipient information provided for the specific order.
Bank Transfer
Bank transfer is available for approved orders, including certain wholesale, commercial, freight, and high-value transactions.
Payment instructions are provided on the applicable invoice or directly by AVTO KOREA after the order details have been confirmed.
Card Payment Security
Card information entered through the Stripe payment interface is transmitted directly for payment processing. AVTO KOREA does not directly receive or store the customer's complete card number, security code, or full payment-card credentials.
Stripe or the customer's card issuer may require additional verification, including authentication through the customer's banking application, one-time password, or another security method.
AVTO KOREA will never request a complete card number, card security code, online-banking password, or one-time authentication code by email, WhatsApp, or ordinary telephone message.
Payment Confirmation
An order is considered paid only after the required funds have been successfully received and verified.
A payment submission, transfer receipt, pending card authorization, or payment-provider notification does not by itself guarantee that cleared funds have been received.
Bank transfers and Wise payments may require additional processing time, particularly during weekends, public holidays, currency conversion, intermediary-bank handling, or compliance review.
Availability Before Payment
Some products are available through normal website checkout, while other products require manual confirmation because of manufacturer availability, export-order conditions, minimum quantities, oversized shipping, or freight requirements.
For products requiring manual confirmation, customers should wait for availability, order total, and shipping conditions to be confirmed before submitting payment.
If a paid product becomes unavailable, discontinued, restricted for export, or otherwise impossible to supply, AVTO KOREA will contact the customer regarding an approved alternative, removal of the affected item, or an applicable refund.
Currency and Exchange Rates
Prices may be displayed in the currency selected on the website. Currency-converted prices may be approximate and may differ from the exchange rate applied by the customer's bank, card issuer, Wise, Stripe, or another financial institution.
AVTO KOREA is not responsible for differences caused by exchange-rate movements or conversion methods applied by third-party financial institutions.
Payment Fees
Customers are responsible for bank transfer charges, intermediary-bank fees, card-issuer fees, currency-conversion charges, and other payment-provider costs unless expressly included in the confirmed order.
When payment is made by bank transfer, the full invoice amount must be received. Any transfer fees deducted before the payment reaches AVTO KOREA may remain payable by the customer.
Payment Verification and Fraud Prevention
AVTO KOREA or the applicable payment provider may conduct reasonable payment, identity, billing, export, or fraud-prevention checks before an order is accepted or dispatched.
Additional information may be requested when the payment details, customer information, delivery address, order value, or transaction activity requires verification.
An order may be delayed, declined, or cancelled where payment cannot be verified, appears unauthorized, or presents a material fraud or compliance risk.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally issued through the original payment method where technically possible.
Refund processing time depends on the original payment method, currency, bank, card issuer, payment provider, and any required transaction review. The time needed for a refund to appear in the customer's account is controlled partly by the receiving financial institution.
Currency exchange differences, bank charges, card-issuer fees, and third-party payment costs may not be recoverable unless required by applicable law or caused by an error attributable to AVTO KOREA.

Import Duties and Taxes
Product and shipping payments do not include destination-country import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, storage fees, or similar costs unless expressly stated in the confirmed order.
These destination-country charges are normally payable by the recipient and are not payments collected by AVTO KOREA.
Protecting Yourself From Payment Fraud
- Confirm that the website address is https://avto-korea.com.
- Use only payment instructions supplied through the official website, invoice, or verified AVTO KOREA communication.
- Confirm unexpected changes to recipient or bank information before transferring funds.
- Do not disclose card security codes, banking passwords, or authentication codes to another person.
- Contact AVTO KOREA before paying when an instruction appears unusual or inconsistent with the confirmed order.
