2. Products and Compatibility

ASIA LINE (AVTO KOREA) supplies automotive parts and accessories, including genuine and OEM parts sourced from South Korea.

Customers are solely responsible for confirming part compatibility before placing an order, including but not limited to OEM part numbers, VIN, vehicle model, year, and engine type.
ASIA LINE shall not be held responsible for incorrect orders resulting from incompatible or incorrectly selected parts.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local fees unless explicitly stated.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Wise

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Stripe)

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received.

4. Order Processing and Availability

Certain products are supplied on request from manufacturers or official distributors, including Hyundai Mobis.

Availability and processing times may vary. If a product becomes unavailable after payment, the customer will be notified and offered either:

  • a suitable replacement, or

  • a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped worldwide from the Republic of Korea using international carriers.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
ASIA LINE is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only for unused items and require prior approval.

The following items are non-refundable:

  • special-order or custom-requested parts

  • electrical or electronic components

  • items ordered incorrectly by the customer

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Limitation of Liability

ASIA LINE shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • vehicle damage resulting from improper installation

  • labor, diagnostic, or service costs related to part installation

All parts must be installed by qualified professionals.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of ASIA LINE and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
