Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to all orders placed on Avto-Korea.

Due to the nature of OEM auto parts and international export, returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is submitted within 2–3 calendar days after the customer receives the order

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product shows no signs of installation, testing, or handling

  • The product is returned in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Electrical and electronic parts (including sensors, control modules, ECUs, switches, wiring components)

  • Parts with opened, damaged, or missing original packaging

  • Parts that have been installed, test-fitted, or used

  • Special-order or custom-sourced OEM parts

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval.

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

To request a return authorization, customers must contact us via email or WhatsApp and provide:

  • Order number

  • OEM part number

  • Reason for return

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • The original shipping cost of the order is non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for proper packaging and safe return shipment

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected

  • If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, no refund will be issued

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

Please note that international bank or payment processor fees may apply.

Due to the characteristics of OEM sourcing and international logistics, we strongly recommend confirming part compatibility and availability before placing an order.
