Returns and Refund Policy
You can return an item up to 15 days from purchase date provided your items are in an unused condition and in original packaging with all accessories intact. We don't accept returns on electrical parts unless they are faulty. This is because we can't guarantee they have not been plug tested and damaged.
Any items being returned need to be in a saleable condition, so please don't mark or tear the packaging or tape a shipping label directly to the parts box, as this will void the return.
FAULTY ITEM
If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us using the returns form below. You will need to provide information including photos and a detailed description.
INCORRECT PART RECEIVED/DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us using the returns form below within 1 day of delivery.
CHANGE OF MIND/INCORRECTLY ORDERED ITEM/PART DOESN'T FIT
If you've had a change of heart, ordered the wrong part, or the part you've ordered doesn't fit, we'll need to receive it back unused, in the original packaging, and within 15 days of purchase.
We do not cover the return cost of change of mind or incorrectly ordered parts. If the part has damaged packaging or has been used, we will not provide a refund.
Please note, change of mind returns will incur a restocking fee to cover the original postage and restocking administration. Please choose carefully.
