AVTO KOREA ships new genuine Korean automotive parts worldwide directly from South Korea. Available delivery methods, shipping costs, and estimated transit times depend on the destination, shipment weight, package dimensions, product type, and selected carrier.
Important: Order preparation time is separate from international shipping time. Some products are available from stock, while others must be sourced from the manufacturer or export supply network after the order is confirmed.
Order Preparation Time
Hyundai Parts
Hyundai parts are generally supplied to order. Estimated sourcing and preparation time is usually 30–40 days before dispatch, depending on manufacturer availability, warehouse processing, and export preparation.
KGM and SsangYong Parts
In-stock KGM and SsangYong parts are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Export-order parts usually require 30–40 days for sourcing and preparation before dispatch, depending on supplier availability and export processing requirements.
Preparation times are estimates and may vary according to product availability, order quantity, manufacturer schedules, warehouse handling, export documentation, public holidays, and seasonal demand. International shipping time begins after the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods and Charges
Available shipping methods are displayed during checkout when automatic shipping calculation is available. The final shipping charge depends on the destination country, package dimensions, shipment weight, carrier service, declared shipment value, and any special handling requirements.
Orders may be shipped using international postal, courier, express, or freight services, depending on the size, weight, value, and destination of the shipment.
When automatic shipping calculation is unavailable, AVTO KOREA may provide a separate shipping quotation before the order is finalized.
Oversized and Heavy Parts
Large body panels, bumpers, engines, transmissions, batteries, and other oversized or heavy products may not qualify for automatic checkout shipping.
These orders may require a separate freight quotation, special export packaging, warehouse collection, consolidation, or EXW Korea terms. Shipping arrangements and related charges will be confirmed before the order is finalized.
Tracking and Dispatch
Tracking information is provided after the order has been prepared, dispatched, and accepted by the selected carrier. Tracking availability depends on the shipping service used.
Carrier tracking may take additional time to update after the shipping label has been created or the parcel has been collected.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, storage fees, and other destination-country charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs procedures and import requirements differ by country. Customers are responsible for confirming local import restrictions, documentation requirements, applicable taxes, and customs charges before placing an order.
Delivery Estimates and Delays
Preparation and delivery periods are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur because of customs inspections, carrier schedules, severe weather, peak seasons, public holidays, security checks, incomplete recipient information, import restrictions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
