Availability and Preparation Times
Hyundai Parts
Hyundai parts are generally supplied to order. Estimated sourcing and preparation time is usually 30–40 days before dispatch, subject to manufacturer availability and export processing.
KGM and SsangYong Parts
In-stock products are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Export-order products usually require 30–40 days for sourcing and preparation before dispatch.
Preparation time is separate from international shipping time. Availability and delivery periods are estimates and may change according to manufacturer schedules, warehouse processing, public holidays, order quantity, and export requirements.
Important: Customers are responsible for confirming the required OEM part number before placing an order. AVTO KOREA does not provide guaranteed VIN-based compatibility confirmation unless expressly confirmed in writing for a specific order.
Worldwide Shipping
Orders are shipped directly from the Republic of Korea. Available shipping methods depend on the destination, package dimensions, shipment weight, declared value, and product type.
Postal, courier, express, cargo, and freight services may be used. Oversized or heavy products may require a separate quotation, export packaging, consolidation, warehouse collection, or freight arrangements.
Tracking information is provided after the shipment has been prepared, dispatched, and accepted by the selected carrier.
